Cancellation Policy

Victoria Golf Entertainment Centre Validity & Usage All memberships and play passes are valid for the stated duration from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. Memberships and passes are for individual use only unless otherwise specified and may not be shared, split, or used by multiple individuals under a single membership or pass. Bucket & Session Allowances Where a membership includes a set number of buckets, rounds, or sessions per year or month, unused allowances do not carry over to the next period and do not roll over month to month or year to year. Allowances reset at the start of each new billing period and any unused portion is forfeited. No Sharing Policy Memberships and passes are strictly non-shareable. Each membership is valid for use by the named member only. Attempting to use a membership on behalf of another individual may result in suspension or cancellation of the membership without refund. Fair Usage Policy All memberships are subject to a fair usage policy. Victoria Golf Entertainment Centre reserves the right to review and limit usage that is deemed excessive, inconsistent with normal recreational use, or that negatively impacts the availability of facilities for other guests and members. Priority Access Where a membership tier includes priority bay or booking access, this benefit is subject to availability and is not guaranteed during peak hours or high-demand periods. Cancellations & Refunds Memberships and play passes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period. Annual memberships and play passes are final sale and non-refundable. Suspension Victoria Golf Entertainment Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership found to be in violation of this policy, including sharing, misuse, or abuse of facilities, without refund of remaining value. Pricing & Availability Membership and play pass pricing, inclusions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Current members will be honored at their purchased rate for the duration of their existing membership term. Facility Rules All members and pass holders must follow posted facility rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.
