Please read these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and associated policies ("Terms") carefully before using this website or our
facilities. By accessing victoriagolfcentre.ca, booking any activity, purchasing any product, or visiting Victoria Golf
Entertainment Centre, you agree to be bound by these Terms. In these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "VGC" refer to Victoria
Golf Entertainment Centre. "You" and "your" refer to the user, visitor, customer, or guest.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website or our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in British Columbia (19 years), or that
you are using the website and services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
Golf, driving range use, disc golf, foot golf, lessons, events, and all related recreational activities involve inherent risks,
including but not limited to physical injury, contact with golf balls or equipment, slips, trips, falls, uneven terrain, weather
conditions, and contact with other participants. By participating in any activity at Victoria Golf Entertainment
Centre, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks. You agree that you participate at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Victoria Golf Entertainment Centre, its owners,
operators, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property sustained while on the premises or participating in any activity,
whether caused by negligence or otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that you and any minors in your
care are physically capable of safely participating in the chosen activities. Participants must follow all posted safety rules,
signage, and staff instructions at all times.

3. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
Tee time bookings are processed through our third-party booking partner (GolfNow). All tee time reservations are subject to that
provider's terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Lessons, events, group bookings, memberships, and gift card
purchases are processed directly through this website. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any booking
at our discretion, including in the event of unsafe weather, course conditions, maintenance, capacity limits, or other
circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we cancel a booking, we will offer a reschedule or refund in accordance with
Section 5.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices, rates, and availability are subject to
change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our website's integrated payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product or service listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed.

5. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
LESSONS: Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations with less
than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge or forfeiture of the lesson fee.

EVENTS & GROUP BOOKINGS:
Event and group booking deposits are non-refundable. Final cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a partial refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to full charge.

MEMBERSHIPS:
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where required by law. Membership benefits
are subject to the membership terms in effect at the time of purchase.

WEATHER: We do not typically refund for weather unless we close
the facility or cancel your booking. Where we cancel due to
weather or unsafe conditions, you will be offered a reschedule or
credit.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed
for cash except where required by law. Gift cards do not expire and
may be used toward any activity, product, or service offered by
Victoria Golf Entertainment Centre.

GENERAL: All refund requests must be made by contacting us using
the details in Section 13. Approved refunds are issued to the
original method of payment.

6. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are issued and redeemable only at Victoria Golf
Entertainment Centre. Gift cards are not reloadable, cannot be
replaced if lost or stolen, and have no implied warranties. Gift
cards may not be exchanged for cash except where required by
applicable law. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a
gift card.

7. PRODUCT & MERCHANDISE SALES (PRO SHOP)
Physical products available for purchase through this website,
where offered, are subject to availability. We make every effort to
display product colours, descriptions, and pricing accurately;
however, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are
accurate, complete, or error-free.

SHIPPING: Where physical products are offered for shipping,
delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of
loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping is
available within Canada unless otherwise stated. Local pickup at
the facility may be available as an option at checkout.

PRODUCT RETURNS: Unused, unopened merchandise in original condition
may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied
by proof of purchase, for a refund or exchange. Certain items,
including clearance, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products,
are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

8. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership benefits, durations, and conditions are described at the
point of purchase. Memberships are personal to the purchaser, are
non-transferable, and may not be shared unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, suspend, or
revoke a membership for violation of facility rules, abusive
conduct, or non-payment, without refund.

9. PRIVACY POLICY
Victoria Golf Entertainment Centre respects your privacy and is
committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with
British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and
the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents
Act (PIPEDA).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT: We may collect personal information you
provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number,
billing and payment information, and booking details. We also
automatically collect certain technical information through cookies
and analytics tools, such as your IP address, browser type, device
information, and pages visited.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION: We use your information to process
bookings and payments, fulfill orders, communicate with you about
your bookings or purchases, provide customer support, improve our
website and services, send promotional communications where you
have consented, and comply with legal obligations.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payment transactions are processed through
secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your
complete payment card information on our systems.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: We use third-party services including our
website platform (Wix), booking provider (GolfNow), analytics
(Google Analytics), and email and social media tools. These
providers have their own privacy policies governing the information
they process.

COOKIES: This website uses cookies and similar technologies to
operate the site, analyze traffic, and improve your experience. You
may control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling
them may affect site functionality.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION: We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate

consent. Bookings involving minors should be made by a parent or
guardian.

reasonably achievable).

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victoria Golf Entertainment
Centre, its owners, operators, employees, and agents shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or
goodwill, arising from your use of this website, our services, or
our facilities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or
relating to this website or our services shall not exceed the amount
you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to
the claim.

make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's
operation, availability, accuracy, or that it will be uninterrupted
